Beauty & Beyond is not responsible for shipping damages caused by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or misdelivered packages, All packages carry insurance with the value of your items. 

 

If your order gets returned to us due to insufficient address or incorrect address on your order, you will need to pay shipping again in order for us to reship this back to you.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
